Aabha holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, with concentrations in Local and Regional Economic Development and Transportation Planning. She brings strong analytical and technical expertise, with proficiency in ArcGIS and its web applications, TREDIS, IMPLAN, RStudio, Bentley CUBE, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Her work focuses on using spatial  and economic analysis, and data-driven research to develop and present comprehensive plans, policy analyses, and transportation studies.
